[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-05.1(J) / Backflow prevention device - when required.
Critical Observed no air gap between spray nozzel in compartment sink and lip of sink. Code states there must be an air gap to prevent backflow. Make sure there is a gap between nozzel and lip of sink.

3717-1-04.8(E)(1) / Equipment, utensils, linens - storage.
Observed clean dish equipment touching floor. Cleaned equipment must be stored so that it is protected from contaminants. Keep clean equipment stored in clean dry place.

3717-1-05.4(N) / Covering receptacles.
Repeat Waste receptacles not covered properly. Dumpster lids must be closed. Make sure all dumpster doors are kept closed.

3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Observed mops not hanging to dry. Mops must be draped or hung up to dry. Make sure mops are hung up when not in use.

3717-1-06.2(I)(3) / Lighting - intensity (50 FC)
Light intensity less than fifty foot candles in required areas. Observed light bulb out under hood. Make sure lighting is at least 50 foot candles where food is prepared.
