Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed two working containers of poisonous or toxic materials not properly labeled. Working containers used for materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. Label all working containers of poisonous or toxic materials.
3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Corrected During Inspection Cold holding equipment thermometer was missing in refrigerator containing TCS food. All mechanically refrigerated or hot holding units shall contain a thermometer with the sensor in the warmest part of the unit or the coolest part of the unit, respectively, to measure the air temperature. Keep a working, calibrated thermometer in each cold holding or hot holding unit.
3717-1-05.4(N) / Covering receptacles.
Observed waste receptacles in women's restroom not covered properly. Each women's restroom must contain at least one completely covered waste receptacle. Place a covered waste receptacle in the women's restroom.
