3717-1-05.1(O)(1) / Using a handwashing sink - accessible at all times
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed handwashing sink at produce counter blocked by trash can. Handwashing sink not accessible.

3717-1-03.4(H)(1) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - disposition.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required. Observed pork chops, beef ribs, and ground beef past sell by date. PIC removed these items from meat cooler.

3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises.
Improper storage of food items. Observed food items stored on floor of walk-in produce cooler and dairy cooler.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Observed broken gasket on first two milk cooler doors and sour cream/cottage cheese door. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

3717-1-04.4(A)(3) / Equipment - cutting or piercing parts of can opener not maintained.
Observed slicer blade at deli counter beginning to chip. PIC explained that the slicer in question is only used as a back up. However, if it is being used at all then the balde should be replaced.

3717-1-04.4(B) / Cutting surfaces.
Observed cutting board in meat prep area to be heavily scored. Please replace or resurface cutting board.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Observed an accumulation of debris on floor of produce counter area. Non-food contact surfaces not cleaned at the required frequency.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Repeat Observed handwashing sink at produce counter does not work and needs to be repaired.
