Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed a bottle of windex being stored above ice cream. Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food by locating the materials in an area that is not above food. Move all toxic materials so that they are separate from and below food. PIC moved windex to a safe area during inspection.
3717-1-06.2(E) / Handwashing signage.
Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sign not posted on handwashing sink in kitchen. A sign or poster that notifies employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employees. Ensure a sign is posted at each handwashing sink. PIC created a sign during the inspection.
3717-1-03.2(N)(4) / Gloves - latex gloves
Latex gloves being used in the FSO. Latex gloves shall not be used by FSOs or RFEs. Ensure all latex gloves are disposed of and only approved types of gloves such as vinyl gloves are used instead.
