Hot water adequate. Observed proper handwashing and use of gloves during time of inspection. Observed proper hot and cold holding temperatures of food during time of inspection. Manager ServSafe Level II certified - be sure to obtain an ODH Level II certificate. Manager demonstrated adequate knowledge of cooling, reheating, and thawing techniques. Pest control comes monthly.
