Critical Employee did not wash their hands for a full 20 seconds before rinsing off their hands. Ensure all employee was their hands for at least 20 seconds before rinsing.

3717-1-06.1(M) / Outer openings - protected.
Repeat Daylight was visible under back door. Ensure area around door is sealed to prevent pests from intruding on the premises.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Excessive frost was found around the sides of the reach-in freezer, and food debris was found inside microwave. Ensure non-food contact surfaces of equipment are maintained clean to sight and touch, free of accumulated soils such as frost and food debris.

Repeat Lights over dry storage were either out or flickering. Employees are aware of the issue and are waiting for someone to repair them.
