[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-04.5(A)(1) / Cleanliness of equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed a build up of debris inside the cappucino vending machine. Remove and clean the cappucino dispensers often to prevent this build up. During the inspection the manager had staff clean the cappucino machine..
To prevent contamination, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.

3717-1-03.5(C)(2) / Food labels - packaged food
Observed bulk candies (Chex mix) and puddings that were prepared in house but lacked the required ingredients statement. All products shall be properly labeled with name, net weight, ingredients, and statement of responsibility.
Foods shall be labeled as specified in this rule.
3717-1-04.4(A)(1) / Equipment - good repair and proper adjustment.
Observed a large amount of ice build up in the walk in freezer. Ensure that the walk in freezer is in good repair to prevent any sources of ice which may damage foods or the equipment.
Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under rules 3717-1-04 and 3717-1-04.1 of this code.
3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Observed that the cooler seals on the 3 door freezer in the kitchen was damaged. Observed that the seal to the walk in freezer was slightly torn in the bottom corner. All seals shall remain in good repair to prevent any warm air from entering and damaging the coolers or food.
Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed that the facility had some food debris and dust build up around but not limited to: -The vent in the kitchen -The fume hood filters above the fryer -The prep cooler doors and handles -The drawers for clean utensils Clean thoroughly and often to prevent this build up.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean.
