Corrected During Inspection Observed no written procedures for responding to vomiting or diarrheal events. All FSO or RFEs shall have a biohazard kit for bodily fluid clean up. Keep copy of biohazard procedure provided during inspection with biohazard kit.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Observed gasket on freezer behind counter that was damaged and in need of repair. Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, gaskets, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Have gasket repaired so that freezer will maintain correct temperature.

3717-1-05.4(N) / Covering receptacles.
Observed women's restroom with a waste receptacle that was uncovered. All restrooms that are used by females must contain at least one waste receptacle with a tight-fitting lid. Place a tight-fitting lid on existing waste bin or replace with a bin that has a lid.

3717-1-05.4(B) / Outdoor storage surface.
Observed outdoor waste receptacle not placed on smooth surface such as concrete. Outdoor refuse storage surface shall be constructed of nonabsorbent material such as concrete or asphalt and shall be smooth, durable, and sloped to drain. Place dumpster on smooth surface such as concrete.

Observed light in walk-in fridge not having protective shielding. Lights shall be shielded, coated, or shatter resistant in areas with exposed food. Place protective shielding over light bulbs in walk in fridge.
