Hot water temp adequate. 3 compartment sink with sings, and chemicals under sink. Dates marked in fridge on everything. Dates indicate when meat has been cut. I noticed exposed cheesesticks in a container with the lid inside the container. Manager fixed by putting the lid back on the container. Equipment and facility was very clean. Mentioned putting label on yeast container in fridge since not easily identifiable. Facility has a lot of unused stuff. Mentioned to owner to try and remove the items that he is not using. The facility was very clean and temperatures were ok. No violations observed.
