Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed employee food/product (raw ground beef) stored next to logs of cheese that will be used for sale. Ensure that raw foods are separated from ready-to-eat foods and that employee food/products are proper segregated from for sale products. Employee was in the middle of prepping ham salad and said she would move it to bottom shelf. Corrected.

3717-1-03.5(C)(2) / Food labels - packaged food
Repeat Observed no net weight on the packaged bread, no allergen warnings on some cake/pastry labels, no labels on pickled eggs.

3717-1-04(I) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - materials.
Observed duct tape holding together a tube and/or piece of equipment in the deli cooler. Nonfood-contact surface shall be smooth, durable, and easily cleanable.

3717-1-04.4(A)(1) / Equipment - good repair and proper adjustment.
Repeat Observed excessive ice buildup in the back corner of the cake cooler, observed ice build up around the duct tabe in the deli cooler, and observed broken seals on the doors to the milk cooler.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Observed handsink in the produce area to not be broken. Pedals for the water are broken and are not properly working.

3717-1-05.4(O) / Using drain plugs.
Repeat No drain plugs in waste receptacle.

3717-1-05.4(N) / Covering receptacles.
Waste receptacles not covered properly.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed litter and food debris on the ground and under shelving units in the walk in coolers, walk in freezers, and produce area.
