Received complaint concerning serving of cold food. Warmer in window for holding hot plates working properly. Holding Sandwich at 162 degrees. Warmers on cooking line also working properly. Ensure servers are getting food to tables quickly, as to not let hot plates sit in warmer for too long. Manager reported they usually keep food at 150 degrees or higher.
