Hot water adequate. Observed proper hot/cold hold temps of TCS foods. Employee is certified in level two food safety(ServSafe). Send certificate to Ohio Department of Health for Ohio verification. Facility needs a spill kit and written procedure for vomit and fecal accidents. No violations observed at time of inspection. Thanks! |
