Observed a couple of burnt out lightbulbs in the kitchen. Recorded the proper light intensity level according to the code. Light bulbs were pointed out to the PIC to replace them.

PIC: Jan Went over the report with the PIC at the time of the inspection. Observed current license, food safety training, spill kit and procedure, and employee health agreement. Discussed food safety procedures such as 135 degrees for hot holding, and also date marking food being served to the customers. |
