Critical Handsink in dry storage room is currently not working, workers do food prep in area. Code states all hand sinks must be in working order.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Found one can that was dented, it was removed from shelf. Code states food packaging integrity must be maintained.

3717-1-06.2(I)(3) / Lighting - intensity (50 FC)
Light intensity less than fifty foot candles in required areas. Lightbulb missing under hood above ovens. Make sure it is replaced.

3717-1-06.2(I)(2) / Lighting - intensity (20 FC)
Light intensity less than twenty foot candles in required areas. Lighting out in Bakery cooler. Maintenance will be informed.

Case of Salmonella confirmed, testing done by OSU East. Client was not working in kitchen while exhibiting symptoms. Source of illness not detected at time of inspection. No one else has placed complaints of illness.
