Corrected During Inspection No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink in the front room area. PIC added paper towels to hand sink before the end if the inspection.

Observed Cold brew coffee shelf in back room with a lot of coffee build up. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Clean more frequently to prevent build up.
