What appears to be mold accumulation on NFC surfaces of the pop machine. Clean more frequently to prevent build up.

Observed proper holding temperatures, Gloves and test strips available.
Received complaint concerning mold accumulating in pop machine and ice cream freezer. Upon inspection, observed dome accumulation on non food contact (NFC) surfaces of the pop dispenser. Clean NFC surfaces more regularly to prevent such accumulation.
