Equipment and/or components are not maintained in good working order. The soda fountain machine near drive-thru window is not in good working order. Water is accumulating under neath the equipment as well as soiled refuse.

The plumbing system was not properly maintained. A sink in the back area was clogged and needs repair.

Observed waste receptacles that were not covered. Outside dumpster was not covered and had refuse on the ground around it.
