Observed store made sandwiches without ingredient list and self-serve something without ingrediate list - all products must be labeled.

Corrected During Inspection Observed no handwashing signage at handwas sink- signage requred. "Employee must wash hands".
A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees.
