Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. Raw eggs stored above RTE ham in bakery cooler.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Chub of bologna in Deli case withut an expiration date. PIC discarded the item. Multiple pork items in the Meat department sales case dated July 19th and July 21st.

Corrected During Inspection Employee eating, drinking, or using tobacco in non-designated area. Produce ssociates drinking in prep area. Bakery associate was eating chips in prep area. Two bakery associates were eating their lunch at a prep table.

Corrected During Inspection Improper storage of food items.
Cases of calintro and green onions stored on product cooler floor. Move all food items to 6" off the floor. This includes all food s in dry grocery isles...sugar, chips, etc.
3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Repeat Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.Walk-in freezer in the back of the store has ice build up on the ceiling and walls above food - 2nd repeat of this violation.
