Attachments to the wall and/or ceiling were not easily cleanable. At the time of inspection observed no caulking behind handwashing sink.
Add a layer of caulking behind the handwashing sink to prevent build up between wall and sink.

Ventilation system not maintained. At the time of inspection observed heavy build up on vent covers in the walk in cooler.
