[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.2(C) / Packaged and unpackaged food - preventing contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed fully cooked ham being stored underneath raw animal product in walk-in meat cooler. Code states ready to eat food cannot be stored underneath raw animal product.

3717-1-06.2(E) / Handwashing signage.
No handwashing sign posted on handwash sink in produce dept. Code states all handwashing sinks must have signage to wash hands. Please put up sign.

3717-1-03.4(A) / Frozen food - temperature and time control.
Repeat Foods in frozen storage exhibit signs of thawing or refreezing. Food stored in middle aisle open freezer had food that was starting to thaw. PIC moved thawing food to be kept frozen. Find a way to keep frozen foods frozen constantly in that open freezer in the aisle.

3717-1-04(F) / Sponges - use limitation.
Observed sponges in dishwashing area in produce and bakery. Sponges may not be used to clean equipment in RFE. Steel wool scrubbies and dish cloths are allowed. Please replace sponges.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Repeat Observed condenser in walk in freezer is leaking with food stored underneath, as well as huge build up of ice in cooler. That is not considered potable water.Please fix condenser.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Ceiling of walk in cooler is in need of cleaning. Code states ceilings should be cleaned in a frequency that prevents build up of contaminants. Please clean ceiling.
