Observed employee drink without lid in kitchen. Code states beverage containers must be closed with lid. Make sure employee drinks are in designated areas with lids.

3717-1-06.2(I)(3) / Lighting - intensity (50 FC)
Observed light out in hood above oven. Code states in areas where employees work with prepping food there must be at least 50 foot candles. Make sure all lights are working under hood.
