| Very clean and organized. Gloves in use.Observed proper date marking and cold holding of time and temperature controlled for safety food. Hot water tank currently not operating properly. New tank to be delivered Friday 7/17/15. Manager has to re-set the tank daily to provide hot water to the facility. |
