Observed that the bottom of the reach in cooler in the kitchen had an accumulation of grime and residue. There was a foil lining at the bottom that appeared to have not been changed recently.

Level One certificates for employees were available during inspection. Manager, Jan, recently took Level Two food manager course and has the ServSafe certificate available on site.
