| Walked around with project manager and reviewed all of the areas that were updated during the remodel. All new plumbing installed properly with air gaps when necessary, water temperatures adequate and functioning properly. Flooring in bathrroms and bakery/deli are smooth, durable, and easily cleanable. All new fridge/freezer units and display cases holding properly and have thermometers for ambient air temperatures. Click List area has plywood walls. This shall be painted over so surface is smooth, durable, and easily cleanable. Remodel is complete. Grand opening set for Oct. 31, 2018. |
