Employee health policy in place with verifiable proof that employees have been informed. Observed proper use of gloves. Vomit/diarrhea clean up kit and procedure in place. Many employees have taken a level 2 food safety class but facility is unable to provide ODH certificate for proof. May need to apply for reciprocity through Ohio Dept of Health. PIC was able to adequately demonstrate knowledge of food safety. Observed proper holding temperatures and good date marking.
