Facility has employee health policy in place. Facility has employee designated area. Person answered questions correctly regarding foodborne illnesses, hot/cold holding temperatures, re heating, cooling and calibrating a thermometer. Facility had 1 date marking issue. However, all other items were date marked correctly. Facility kept clean and organized. No elements to report- thanks! All temperatures were good. |
