Critical Corrected During Inspection The handwashing sink was not easily accessible.Personal items were stored in handwash sink in bathroom during inspection.
A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use.

Equipment and/or components are not maintained in good working order. Walk-in cooler was reading above 45 degrees on external temp gauge and a temp taken of chicken inside was 45 degrees.
