Observed improper storage of food items on floor in produce area.
Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food in a clean, dry location, where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination, and at least six inches above the floor.
3717-1-03.5(C)(1) / Food labels - packaged food
Some products on display that area package onsite do not have ingredient lists (dips, chip dip, dill dip, cherry and orange salad) Some meat products from meat dept. do not have species name on label (i.e. beef, pork).
Foods shall be labeled as specified in this rule.
3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Produce area needs cleaned of debris, clutter, and residue(Prep tables, shelves, and sinks)
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean.
