No test kit of testing device available to test the sanitizer. Please ensure appropriate test strips for quatenary ammonia sanitizer is obtained to properly measure sanitizer concentration and ensure proper sanitation of food contact items.
To ensure proper sanitization, a test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in PPM (mg/L) of sanitizing solutions shall be provided.
3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed inside of microwave to be covered in food residue and splatter. Please ensure to clean at a frequency necessary to prevent this buildup of food splatter that could attract pests.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean.
