Corrected During Inspection Soiled linen was hanging on sink. Ensure all soiled linens are kept in an appropriate container. Linen was moved during inspection.

Reach-in freezer had excessive ice accumulation. Ensure all nonfood-contact surfaces are clean to sight and touch.
