Comments
Received a complaint that an employee was heard saying that because they weren't "corporate", they didn't need a mask or gloves as precautions against COVID-19. Spoke to the person in charge about precautions that Captain D's is taking. Was told that they have masks and gloves for employees who want them, sanitize all surfaces, along with the money being brought in, with bleach sanitizer. Was told that employees in charge of handling money did not touch food. The dining room was closed and I was told they were practicing appropriate social distancing at the counter when people can't order at the drive-through. I was satisfied that the employees are taking appropriate precautionary measures at this time.
