Critical TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. At the time of inspection observed cheese being held out of temperature on the make line.
The cheese must be 41 degrees or below or the facility shall use time as a public health control and be bumped up to a level 4 facility.

Employee eating, drinking, or using tobacco in non-designated area.
All employee food items must be labeled properly and stored in a manner that they are seperate from store food items.

Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. At the time of inspection observed a roof leak with several buckets filled with water.

Ventilation system not maintained. At the time of inspection observed heavy dust build up in the vent above the pop syrups
