Critical Observed ice being used for food after it was used as a coolant. Observed a container setting on in ice that is holding ice scoop. Store scoop and container out the ice that is used in beverages.
After use as a medium for cooling exterior surfaces of food or equipment, ice may not be used as food.
3717-1-05.3(H) / Disposal facility - approved sewage treatment system.
Critical Observed the use of an unapproved sewage treatment system. Leach field is failing. Observed sewage on the surface of leach field. Distribution may need to go to other half of field or system may need a repair.
Sewage shall be treated through a facility that is a public sewage treatment plant, or an individual sewage treatment system that is sized, constructed, maintained, and operated according to law. Correct By: 08-Jun-2014
