Facility has spill kit available. PIC demonstrated proper food safety knowledge. PIC stated that facility does properly cool down and reheat items. PIC knew proper temperatures in regards to cooling and reheating. PIC answered questions correctly in regards to foodborne illnesses. Facility does enforce restrictive use for sick employees.
