Matt's Bakery Chocolate Whoopie Pies did not have a labelled weight listed. Ensure an accurate weight is present, in both International and US Customary units, on all food labels.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Door gaskets on coolers containing Mike's Hard Lemonade bottles, Redd's Hard Apple and Bud Light were damaged and need to be repaired or replaced. Ensure door gaskets are maintained intact to create appropriate seal between door and cooling unit.

Facility did not have a kit to test sanitizer concentration at the three compartment sink. Ensure an appropriate, unexpired method of testing sanitizer concentration is available for use at all times.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
There was excessive frost accumulation in the reach-in ice cream freezer. Ensure non-food contact surfaces of equipment are maintained clean to sight and touch, free of soils such as frost.
