No "Employees Must Wash Hands" signage present in restrooms used by employees. All restrooms or other handwashing sinks used by employees must have such signage present.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
No thermometer was observed in first-floor refrigerator. All cooling equipment capable of holding TCS foods must have a device capable of accurately measuring internal temperatures.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Floor of oven in pre-school area needs to be cleaned. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment need to be cleaned at a frequency to prevent accumulation of soils.
