Overall clean and organized. PIC knowledgeable on safe food handling procedures. More detailed cleaning of hard to reach areas necessary including grill/fryer hoods, sink in window area, and under and behind beverage machines. Thermometers, gloves, and test strips available for use. Hot water adequate. Thank you! |
