3717-1-02.2 (B) / Hands and arms: cleaning procedure
Critical Employee washed their hands under running water. Ensure all employees wash hands for 20 seconds before rinsing off hands in water, and turn off water with hand towel after drying.

3717-1-05.1(O)(2) / Using a handwashing sink - other uses prohibited.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink was being used to hold a cup. Cup and gloves hanging off of sink were removed during inspection. Ensure handwashing sink is used for no other purpose besides handwashing.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Deli meat in the reach-in cooler was not correctly date marked. Make sure deli meat and any other time/temperature controlled for safety (TCS) foods are marked on the day they are opened (in the case of non-deli meats) or put in the cooler (for the frozen deli meats) and discarded after seven days (including the day they are marked).
