[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-02.3(A) / Food contamination prevention - eating, drinking, or using tobacco.
Observed an employee drink at the top of the prep cooler. Store employee items in designated locations that protects customer foods.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed that the facility had a build up of dust and solid debris on various equipment throughout the facility including but not limited to: - Dust on the cooler fan guards - Dust and wrappers underneath shelves in the walk in cooler - Dust and debris underneath gondolas/ aisle shelving Clean thoroughly and often to prevent this dust build up.

3717-1-05.4(F)(1) / Outside receptacles - tight fitting lids
Observed that one of the dumpsters did not have a tight fitting lids. All dumpster shall have tight fitting lids and drain plugs. Contact the dumpster company to ensure that tight fitting lids and drain plugs are on the dumpsters.

3717-1-05.4(P) / Maintaining refuse areas and enclosures.
Observed that the area around the dumpsters had a build up of trash. Clean the area around the dumpsters to prevent attracting pests.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed areas under shelving throughout the facility had a build up of dust/dirt. Clean these areas thoroughly and often to prevent that build up.

Went over the report with the PIC. Discussed food safety.

The facility was properly cleaning any food contact surfaces at least once every 4 hours. Soda nozzles/ice chute were clean to sight and touch. Facility had several mousetraps around, but no dead mice or indications that mice were damaging the food products. Any products that may be damaged shall be discarded.
