3717-1-03.4(H)(1) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - disposition.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required. Observed several containers of product held passed the datemark expiration. Food was voluntarily discarded.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Corrected During Inspection Observed the drying rack used for clean dishes with a build up of dirt and debris. Make sure all surfaces that clean utensils are touching are maintained clean. Utensils were cleaned again and rack was removed for cleaning.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed ceilings with dust accumulation. Make sure ceilings are being cleaned at a frequency that prohibits dust and debris accumulation.
