Corrected During Inspection Observed knife stored between two pieces of equipment. Between equipment is not a cleanable surface. In-use utensils improperly stored. PIC removed knife and took it back to be washed.

Repeat Observed multiple food items stored in grocery bags in the freezer. Food storage items need to be food safe and easily cleanable. PIC stated she would change them to different bags.
