Only serve made-to-order burgers. They very rarely serve cooked food. Please be sure to put the date of food items when prepared, cut/sliced, or opened on the container. Date-marking was not up-to-date, please be diligent on this from here on out. Observed gloves ,test strips, and thermometer. Proper cold holding temperatures of equipment were observed during inspection. |
