Critical Conditional employee not properly excluded or restricted. At time of inspection, observed no employee health agreement.

3717-1-05.1(O)(1) / Using a handwashing sink - accessible at all times
Critical At time of inspection, observed handwashing sink in bakery blocked. Make sure sinks are accessible at all times.

3717-1-03.4(H)(1) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - disposition.
Critical Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required. Observed deli meat held beyond 7 days. Deli meat was discarded at time of inspection.

3717-1-07.1(A) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Storage: separation.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Improper storage of poisonous or toxic materials. At time of inspection, observed oven cleaner stored on top of baby formula. No chemicals shall be stored above food.

3717-1-05.1(D) / Backflow prevention - air gap.
Critical At time of inspection air gap not present at condenser in cooler at deli section.

3717-1-06.2(C) / Handwashing sinks - hand drying provision.
No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink. At time of inspection observed no paper towels at hand sink in bakery.

3717-1-04.8(E)(1) / Single-service and single-use articles - storage
At time of inspection, observed single use containers not inverted. All single use articles must be inverted in order to prevent contamination.

3717-1-04.2(J) / Cleaning and Sanitizers - Availability
Cleaning agents and/or sanitizers not available in the FSO or RFE. Observed sanitizer not functioning at bakery, deli, and produce locations. Sanitizer being handfed in sinks. Ecolab has been notified.
