[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.5(C)(1) / Food labels - packaged food
Observed pepperoni, salami & cracker party trays to have a label indicating the tray must be refridgerated, but the packaging the trays com in indicate they are shelf stable. Please ensure that labels are correct in order to inform consumer properly about food safety. This label must be corrected in order to store these specific trays on the shelf and not under refridgeration.

3717-1-04.4(S)(1) / Single-service articles and single-use articles - use limitation.
Corrected During Inspection Observed single use bowl being used to scoop bread crumbs for breading chicken. Single use items shall only be used once. Employee obtained a reusable scoop and replaced single-use bowl with scoop. Corrected during inspection.
Single-service and single-use articles may not be reused.
3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Observed following items that need repaired: - coving and wall next to oven in bakery has severe water damage due to standing water collecting behind ovens - storage/trash area in deli has broken floor tiles, damaged tiles, and severe stains. these tiles shall be replaced so they are smooth, durable, and easily cleanable. - Missing/broken tiles by walkin freezer in seafood area (work order has been placed) - Missing/broken tiles and non-smooth surface by walkincooler in meat room (work order has been placed) - utility sink faucet was leaking and shall be maintained in a state of good repair according to Ohio building code.
The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed tracks on deli hot holding cases and inside employee microwaves to have an accumulation of food debris. Please ensure these areas are cleaned at a frequency necessary to prevent this accumulation.
The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed.
