[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.2(C) / Packaged and unpackaged food - preventing contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation
Critical Observed pork stored on the same shelf as cheese. Observed eggs stored directly on top of pork. Proper separation is necessary to prevent cross contamination of foods. Observed bacon stored under ground beef. Eggs are to always be stored on the bottom, and raw meat is to be stored away from ready to eat foods.
To prevent contamination, food shall be protected from cross contamination by separating raw animal foods during storage, preparation, holding, and display from cooked ready-to-eat food as described in this rule.
3717-1-04.5(A)(1) / Cleanliness of equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils.
Critical Observed build up on inside of cappuccino dispenser. Clean more frequently to prevent accumulation of debris.
To prevent contamination, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair. Observed a hole in the wall near the mop sink area.
The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair to prevent entry and harborage of pests, and to ensure a smooth/non absorbent/easily cleanable surface.
