3717-1-03.4(D) / Cooling - temperature and time control.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Navy beans observed at 44F in the danger zone and not cooled from 135F to 41F in 6 hour limit. Manager discarded the beans. Until operation upgrades to a risk level 4 FSO, cooling and reheating of food on regular basis is not permitted.
To prevent the growth illness, cool tcs food from 135F to 41F within 6 hours.

3717-1-05.1(S)(1) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Observed 3 plumbing fixtures that are leaking. Repair to prevent leaks. .
Plumbing shall be maintained in good repair.
3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Repeat There are still areas of the floor with rough concrete from repairing underground plumbing that needs to be surfaced to provide a smooth, clean, and non skid surface.
The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
