Observed multiple food items stored in grocery bags in the freezer. Food storage items need to be food safe and easily cleanable. PIC stated she would change them to different bags.

Observed vent in walk in cooler unclean. Ventilation system not maintained. Clean vent cover to prevent contamination of food.
