3717-1-03.2(C) / Packaged and unpackaged food - preventing contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed eggs being stored on top of hot dogs in fridge. Per code eggs shall be stored below RTE foods to prevent contamination.

3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises.
Observed cups as well as ice cream product sitting on the floor in the back storage room. Per code food shall be stored 6 in off the floor to prevent contamination.

3717-1-03.2(K) / In-use utensils - between-use storage.
In-use utensils improperly stored. Observed ice cream scoops being held in water. Per code if utensils are to be kept in water the water shall either be held at 135 F or above or continually flowing to prevent build up of debris.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Observed ice build up in multiple freezers. Remove build up as frequently as necessary to prevent the collection of debris.
