The plumbing system was not properly maintained. Plumbing pipe under the fountain drink area appears damaged and may be leaking. Bucket full of water was discovered under the cabinet. Bucket was dumped. Please maintain pumbing system

The floor and wall junctures are not properly coved or closed, or floor drains were not provided.Cove molding under fountain drink area is damaged.
In FSO's or RFE's in which cleaning methods other than water flushing are used for cleaning floors, the floor and wall junctures shall be coved and closed to no larger than one thirty-second inch; where water flush cleaning methods are used, shall be provided with drains and be graded to drain, and the floor and wall junctures shall be coved and sealed.

Store is being cleaned, however, the age of the surfaces appears to be an obstacle for some areas. Please replacing surface materials showing wear and damage, such as around coffee station and condiment area. Be aware of extra clutter preventing adequate cleaning of facility.
